Saanvi Collection is a South African online site. Our offices are based in the beautiful city of Durban, in Kwa-Zulu Natal. 

At Saanvi, we believe in quick delivery and strict Quality control. 95% of our stock is ready to ship from our Durban office immediately. As we are always recieving new stock, some items may be marked as arriving soon. This is stock that we are awaiting and has already been sent from India. These items are clearly marked so customers can pre-order if they wish to.

You can pay for your order using our secure payment gateway. We use South African based SAGE PAY for secure processing. Customers can choose between paying using Credit Card, Instant EFT or Mobi Credit. We do not store credit card information. All transactions are encrypted using banking grade encryption. 

All orders are shipped to your door. You will recieve your product within 2 to 4 working days. All orders above R500.00 qualify for Free Delivery. If your order is under R500.00, a standard delivery fee of R50.00 will be added to your order.

Due to the nature of our garments, we only offer a 48 Hour return policy. If you recieve your product and you are not happy with the product, you can book a return on our website. Note you will be liable for the courier fee of R50 for us to collect the order from you.

Once we have checked the garment and found it is in original condition, with all tags in place, unused, a refund will be processed to your credit card and/or voucher at your preference. Note for hygiene purposes, we do not offer refunds on Leggings, underskirts and ready to use blouse pieces.
